This was my first experience with selling a house, as I was only 25 years old when I bought it and am now 28 and looking to sell. First time ever selling a home so did not know what to expect or what the process even was like. Thankfully Ruben walked me through all of the steps necessary to sell my house and luckily we had a lot of interesting offers on the table. I was able to close quickly and thank God I walked away with more money than I originally even thought was a realistic figure. Definitely will do business again as everything worked out to my satisfaction.

Ruben was awesome! Any questions I had he would get answers right away, even after closing! Being first-time home buyers it’s hard to put your trust in someone, Ruben made it easy to trust him in getting us a new home.
